Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, and ginger in a small bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat.
  • Add salmon, cook 3 minutes each side.
  • Pour sauce over salmon, cook 1–2 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve with steamed rice and greens.
