wholemeal flour

salt

instant yeast

lukewarm water
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover with cling wrap and let rest at room temperature for 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Shape dough into a ball and place in a greased loaf pan or Dutch oven.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until crust is deep brown.
Cool before slicing.
