No-Knead Wholemeal Bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups wholemeal flour
  • tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • cups lukewarm water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
  • Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Cover with cling wrap and let rest at room temperature for 8 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Shape dough into a ball and place in a greased loaf pan or Dutch oven.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until crust is deep brown.
  • Cool before slicing.
