Mahalabia (Milk Pudding)
Silky, lightly sweet pudding scented with orange blossom or rosewater.

- 3 cups milk
- 4 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp orange blossom water or rosewater
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
In a saucepan, whisk milk, cornflour, and sugar until smooth.
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 8–10 min).
Remove from heat, stir in orange blossom or rosewater.
Pour into small bowls, let cool slightly, then refrigerate until set.
Sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
