Easy Clafoutis with Berries

- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or cherries)
- Soft butter for greasing
Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a medium baking dish.
Arrange berries evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently whisk in flour until just combined.
Pour batter over berries.
Bake 30–35 min until puffed and lightly golden.
Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with icing sugar if desired.
