Creamy Chicken & Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, cheese, and thyme.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
