Ingredients

beef mince

breadcrumbs

small onion, finely chopped

egg

cup
milk

tbsp
tomato sauce (ketchup)
1
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Glaze:
¼ cup tomato sauce + 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
In a large bowl, mix mince, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
Mix glaze ingredients and spread over the top.
Bake for 50–55 minutes until cooked through.
Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
