chicken breast, sliced thinly

broccoli florets
1 carrot, sliced thinly
½ red capsicum, sliced

soy sauce

oyster sauce

cornflour + 2 tbsp water

tbsp
vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a large fry pan or wok over medium‑high heat.
Add chicken and cook 3–4 minutes until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add vegetables to the pan, stir‑fry 3 minutes.
Return chicken, add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Stir in cornflour mixture, cook 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
