Chicken & Vegetable Stir‑Fry

Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced thinly
  • ½ red capsicum, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large fry pan or wok over medium‑high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook 3–4 minutes until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • Add vegetables to the pan, stir‑fry 3 minutes.
  • Return chicken, add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  • Stir in cornflour mixture, cook 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
