Chicken Fajitas

- 250g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mild paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt & pepper
- 4 small tortillas
Heat oil in a large frypan over medium‑high heat.
Add chicken, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, cook 4 minutes.
Add vegetables, cook 4–5 minutes until tender.
Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
