Teriyaki Salmon
Sweet‑savory glazed salmon fillets, quick and nourishing.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat.
- Add salmon, cook 3 minutes each side.
- Pour sauce over salmon, cook 1–2 minutes until thickened.
- Serve with steamed rice and greens.
