No-Knead Wholemeal Bread recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups wholemeal flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1½ cups lukewarm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover with cling wrap and let rest at room temperature for 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Shape dough into a ball and place in a greased loaf pan or Dutch oven.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until crust is deep brown.
- Cool before slicing.
