Easy Clafoutis with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or cherries)
  • Soft butter for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a medium baking dish.
  • Arrange berries evenly in the dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently whisk in flour until just combined.
  • Pour batter over berries.
  • Bake 30–35 min until puffed and lightly golden.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with icing sugar if desired.
