Classic Baked Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Glaze: ¼ cup tomato sauce + 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- In a large bowl, mix mince, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread over the top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
