Chicken & Vegetable Stir‑Fry

Ingredients
- 250 g chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced thinly
- ½ red capsicum, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large fry pan or wok over medium‑high heat.
- Add chicken and cook 3–4 minutes until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add vegetables to the pan, stir‑fry 3 minutes.
- Return chicken, add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Stir in cornflour mixture, cook 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
