Breakfast Burrito with Eggs & Beans
A warm tortilla wrap filled with creamy scrambled eggs, seasoned beans, and a touch of cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 medium flour tortillas
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar or tasty cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Pinch of mild paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat beans in a small pan with paprika, salt, and pepper for 2 minutes.
- In another pan, whisk eggs with a little salt, then scramble over low heat with butter/oil until just set.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each side.
- To assemble: Spoon beans down the centre, add scrambled eggs, sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up gently and serve immediately.
