Mahalabia (Milk Pudding)
Silky, lightly sweet pudding scented with orange blossom or rosewater.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 4 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp orange blossom water or rosewater
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk milk, cornflour, and sugar until smooth.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 8–10 min).
- Remove from heat, stir in orange blossom or rosewater.
- Pour into small bowls, let cool slightly, then refrigerate until set.
- Sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
