Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • Zest & juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
  • In another bowl, whisk ricotta, sugar, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into ricotta mixture.
