Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mild paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 small tortillas

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large frypan over medium‑high heat.
  • Add chicken, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, cook 4 minutes.
  • Add vegetables, cook 4–5 minutes until tender.
  • Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
