Creamy Chicken & Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 Cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, cheese, and thyme.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
